My name is Tyler Madden, and bass fishing has been the focus of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up chasing largemouth across the country and eventually competed at the collegiate level as a member of the Auburn University Bass Team, where I fished against some of the best anglers in the country and developed a deep understanding of tournament-level bass fishing.

 

In 2025, I was honored to earn Angler of the Year on the BAM Pro Tour, a milestone that reflects years of dedication, time on the water, and the ability to consistently find and catch bass under pressure.

 

Through years of competitive fishing, guiding, and time on the water, I’ve learned how to consistently locate and catch bass in a wide range of conditions. I specialize in fishing North Texas lakes including Joe Pool Lake, Lake Athens, and other DFW Lakes. I spend countless hours each season studying seasonal patterns, offshore structure, and the latest techniques to stay on top of these fisheries.

 

My goal as a guide is simple: help every client have an unforgettable day on the water. Whether you’re a beginner looking to catch your first bass, a recreational angler wanting to learn new techniques, or a tournament fisherman trying to unlock a lake, I tailor every trip to your goals.
